The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine has been authorized for use in individuals 5 years of age and older. St. Lawrence County Public Health is hosting a school-based COVID-1 Vaccination Clinic next Tuesday, November 16th. The event will be held at Heuvelton Central School from 1:00PM-4:00PM. First doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine will be available for 5-11 year olds.
You must have an appointment to receive a vaccine. You can register for an appointment at https://apps2.health.ny.gov/doh2/applinks/cdmspr/2/counties?OpID=CFFB5300994E013AE0530A6C7C1569EC. You must also complete a consent form, which you can fill out at the time of your appointment.
